Marten Dunnebier managing director
Marten is managing director of Verzinkerij Kampen and Poedercoating Hoogeveen. Both companies work together intensively, for example on the Duplex system (www.duplexroute.nl). You will often find Marten on the shop floor, but he also has regular contacts with our clients and suppliers. He enjoys an informal working environment where humour has a part to play. “Collaboration on a great quality product and good service is one of our strengths!”.

Wouter van Laar commercial manager
Wouter is the commercial manager of Verzinkerij Kampen and Poedercoating Hoogeveen. He strives for a good relationship with the client based on mutual trust. He will do his utmost to provide the client with adequate made to measure advice. His ambition: “Making a durable contribution to the client’s success through cooperation.”

Margreet Hop commercial assistant
Margreet, a jack of all trades, has been working at Verzinkerij Kampen since 1995. Margreet is a hard worker and a real all-rounder. She is always ready to help you. Your request will be handled accurately and processed into an excellent customised offer. She sets great store by her motto: "A deal is a deal!"

Gerrit Veneman production manager / planner
Gerrit is an old hand. He knows the ropes. Like no other he knows how to relay the wishes and requirements of our clients to the shopfloor and to production planning. His broad experience makes him a 'galvanising guru' and an important link between the client and the company. His motto: "Don't look back, but ahead and always give your best effort!"

Arnoud Andringa co-ordinator quality, labour and environment / purchaser
Arnoud has worked at the Kampen galvanising plant since 2008, and is responsible for the coordination of Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Environmental Control, as well as for purchasing. He is very production-minded, with a particular interest in improving the production process with regard to efficiency, quality, safety, and environmental impact. “Commitment and cooperation breed quality, which is what benefits our customers,” Arnoud says.

Henri van den Berg transport planner
Henri is responsible for transport planning. He also handles affairs for the Duplex Route. Materials travelling the Duplex Route first go to the Kampen galvanising plant, and are then transported to Hoogeveen to be powder-coated. Henri makes sure all transports to and from customers and between the two plants run smoothly. “Perfect planning makes for satisfied customers!”

Harold Balk head of accounts
Harold is responsible for all the financial paperwork. He makes sure that the accounts receivable and the account payable are managed correctly and consistently. In addition to his broad administrative know-how, Harold knows quite a bit about the galvanising process, which makes him a very useful person to talk to. Harold may be conscientious to a fault, but he also likes the occasional joke.
